Video Content Creator

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualised and created short-form video content that aligns with our brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Record high-quality videos using smartphones, ensuring good framing, lighting, and audio.
- Write engaging scripts that capture the viewer's attention and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Perform basic video editing using applications, such as Capcut, trimming, adding text and simple transitions.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera to deliver content as a presenter, interviewer, or demonstrator.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to brainstorm new video ideas and strategies.
- Stay updated on current video trends and best practices, particularly for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage and organise video files for efficient handoff to the post-production team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication or other related fields, or proven experience in creating video content, particularly short-form video for social media.
- Proficiency in using smartphones for video recording and basic editing applications like Capcut.
- Strong script writing skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and engagingly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and video formats.
- Experience with video editing tools and software is a plus.
- Motion graphics skills are a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and how video content fits into broader marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Construction & Management: develop, construct, and optimise client portfolios based on risk profiles, investment goals, and market conditions.
- Investment Strategy Implementation: assist in executing strategic asset allocation and investment strategies in alignment with client objectives.
- Performance Analysis: monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, conducting in-dept analysis of asset classes, and recommending adjustments as necessary.
- Investment Research: conduct research on macroeconomic trends, investment vehicles, and asset classes, and integrate findings into portfolio decisions.
- Client Support & Reporting: prepare detailed investment proposals, performance reports, and analysis for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Tool Utilisation: utilise financial software and databases such as Bloomberg, Morningstar, and internal systems to enhance portfolio construction and management processes.
- Collaboration: work closely with investment advisors, wealth managers, research team and other internal teams to support holistic wealth management services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 - 7 years in wealth management, financial analysis, or investment advisory roles.
- Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, Morningstar and other portfolio management tools.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex investment strategies and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Owning CFA or other relevant certifications is a plus.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Recommend the appropriate Investment products, i.e. equity, TFEX, fund, bond, structure note, etc. to high net worth clients according to each client's risk appetite.
- Monitor client's investment port performance and recommend the appropriate balance according to asset allocation direction.
- Follow up the market situation and factor that impact to market as well as provide data is always delivered.
- Monitor the process of investment transaction in order to ensure that smooth and accurate data is always delivered.
- Being a part of a team to create, design and plan the efficient and interesting investment product lines and asset allocation.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- Bachelor 's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field

Agent Management

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategy to attract independent financial advisors, corporate with high number of employees and potential partners to choose Yuanta as investment execution platform.
- Create a customer acquisition strategy to support potential individual and corporate agents.
- Manage revenue sharing on a monthly basis from Agent Management System (AMS).
- Responsible for analyzing and interpreting results, and communicating clear actions to adjust acquisition strategy based on changing and dynamic competitive landscape.
- Visibility and understanding of overall project tasks, manages timelines, and ensures everyone involved is accountable to timelines.
- Lead a cross-functional team to bring the customer acquisition strategy to life.
Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years in Product Marketing / digital marketing/ e-commerce / customer acquisition or related experience.
- Energetic and passionate who is fast learner, and has great attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and can work with diverse individuals at all levels with cross-cultural understanding.
- Strong planning, analytical, and management skills with ability to multitask.
- Ability to communicate effectively & fluently in both English & Thai.
- Good computer literacy with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with e-commerce marketing technology like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,
- IC Complex 1 License is preferable.
