เรื่อง    แจ้งให้ลูกค้าทำการตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงเบอร์โทรศัพท์มือถือเพื่อรองรับ การยืนยันตัวตน 2 ปัจจัย (2 Factors Authentication Login)  

 

           เนื่องด้วย บริษัท เซ็ทเทรด ดอท คอม จำกัด ได้แจ้งมายังผู้ใช้บริการ เรื่องการยืนยันตัวตนก่อนเข้าใช้งานโปรแกรม Streaming นับตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2564 เป็นต้นไป โดยผู้ที่จะเข้าใช้งานโปรแกรมดังกล่าวจะต้องยืนยันตัวตนก่อนการเข้าใช้งานครั้งแรกด้วยการใช้ปัจจัยยืนยันตัวตน 2 ปัจจัยที่แตกต่างกันโดยต้องใช้ควบคู่กัน ดังนี้  

 

ปัจจัยที่ 1. การใช้รหัสผ่าน

ปัจจัยที่ 2. การใช้ SMS OTP

 

          ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้ลูกค้าสามารถเข้าใช้บริการโปรแกรมดังกล่าวได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง บล.หยวนต้า (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (บริษัท)  จึงขอแจ้งมายังลูกค้าทุกท่านเพื่อให้ทำการตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงเบอร์โทรศัพท์มือถือของท่านให้เป็นปัจจุบันเพื่อเตรียมรองรับมาตรการการยืนยันตัวตน 2 ปัจจัยของบริษัท เซ็ทเทรด ดอท คอม จำกัด

เนื่องจากปัจจัยที่ 2 คือการใช้ SMS OTPนั้น จะถูกส่งข้อมูลไปยังเบอร์โทรศัพท์มือถือของท่านเพื่อนำมาใช้ยืนยันตัวตน ควบคู่กับรหัสผ่านที่เป็นปัจจัยที่ 1 ซึ่งการยืนยันตัวตนดังกล่าวจะเริ่มใช้นับตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2564 เป็นต้นไป

         

          ดังนั้นหากลูกค้าท่านใดของบริษัท ประสงค์ทำการปรับปรุงเบอร์โทรศัพท์มือถือให้เป็นปัจจุบัน ลูกค้าสามารถดำเนินการได้ด้วยตนเองโดยง่าย ดังนี้

 

                        1. เข้าเว็บไซต์ www.yuanta.co.th เพื่อ Login เข้าสู่ระบบ

                        2. เลือกเมนู Account Setting -> Change Mobile Number

                        3. กรอกข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วน

                        4. กรอก Pin code 6 หลัก

                        5. คลิก SAVE

                        6. ระบบจะจัดส่งข้อมูลไปยังอีเมลของท่านในหัวข้อ แจ้งการแก้ไขข้อมูลเบอร์โทรศัพท์ จากนั้นให้ท่าน “คลิกที่นี่” ในอีเมลเพื่อยืนยันการเปลี่ยนแปลง

 

 

 

 ทั้งนี้การยืนยันตัวตนโดยใช้ 2 ปัจจัยที่แตกต่างกัน เป็นการปฏิบัติเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามประกาศสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ ที่ นป. 9/2562 เรื่องแนวทางปฏิบัติในการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้

ในการทำความรู้จักลูกค้า ซึ่งถือเป็นขั้นตอนที่สำคัญสำหรับการยืนยันตัวตนลูกค้าเพื่อเข้าทำธุรกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องในระบบOnlineต่อไป

Subject: To check and update the client’s mobile phone in order to support 2 Factors Authentication Login

  

Dear Valuable client,

  

According to the announcement from Settrade.com Company Limited to all users for identity verification before accessing the Streaming system from1 July 2021 onwards, the users must firstly verify their identity prior to login the program by using 2 different Factors Authentication as follows:         

 

Factor 1.To use the password

Factor 2.To use SMS OTP

 

In order to continuously access the system, Yuanta Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd. would like to notify all clients to check and update the mobile phone for preparing to support the 2 factors authentication requirement from Settrade.com Company Limited. Since, the second factor, SMS OTP, will be sent to client via mobile phone number for verification purpose along with the first factor. Which this requirement will be implemented from 1 July 2021 onwards.

 

Therefore, if any client would like to update the mobile phone by doing so:

 

1.      Access the “www.yuanta.co.th” to login to the system

2.      Select menu Account Setting      Change Mobile Number

3.      Complete all required information

4.      Key-in 6 digits Pin code

5.      Click “SAVE”

The system will send an e-mail with the subject “The notification for changing information of client’s phone number”. Then,"click here" in the confirmation email to reconfirm the change details.

 

The identify verification for 2 difference factors are complied with the Notification of the Securities and Exchange Commission Nor Por. 9/2562 for “the Guideline of Using the Technology to Know Your Client (KYC)”. Moreover, it is a crucial step for authentication of the clients in order to entry into the further online transaction.
